Chetek Area Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
Scholarship Application

Application due to the guidance office by March 31, 2009.

Scholarship Amount:  Multiple college scholarships and  technical college scholarships

                                     will be awarded.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant will be a person:

•     who is a Chetek High School senior.

•     who plans to attend a two-year or four-year college, university, or technical school.

•     who shows initiative.

In order to receive the scholarship, the recipient must take sufficient courses/credits to be considered a fulltime student from the educational institute he/she is attending.  Furthermore, the recipient will need to provide proof of satisfactory complete (transcripts, grade report, etc.) of his/her first semester of school and show proof of registration for second semester.  Strict adherence to the above criteria may be waived on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the CASF board.

 Please submit one Chetek High School teacher appraisal form and one written letter of recommendation from the community.
